ORAL PRESENTATIONS

All oral presentation materials must be submitted electronically no later than June 13, 2008 . Formatting and submission instructions will be included with the acceptance notification.

Oral presentations must be in English. An LCD projector and Laptop computer will be available, and equipped with a CD-ROM drive and USB port for flash drive media for PowerPoint presentations. Presenters who desire to use their own Laptop computers should verify Laptop/projector compatibility prior to their presentation. Speakers requiring additional equipment must make a request prior to June 20, 2008 .

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster presentations will be displayed in English on a board approximately 4 feet high by 3 feet wide (1.22 meters high by .91 meters wide). Easels will be provided for poster presentations. Semitool will provide poster board and printing services if needed. You must submit your request and electronic file no later than June 9, 2008.

All papers and presentations will be available on CD 2-3 weeks after the event. CDs will be shipped to all seminar attendees at no extra charge. Non-attendees may purchase proceedings after the event. Purchase forms will be available on this website or you may email your request to peaks@semitool.com.
